What does this mean for my team and me? The Covidence platform will be inaccessible between: - AEST: Sunday 27th August 1PM-4PM - GMT: Sunday 27th August 3AM-6AM - EST: Saturday 26th August 10PM-1AM
What are you doing? During this time we will be performing maintenance activities on our platform.
Is there any danger of losing my data? All data will remain intact and secure throughout this process.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Infrastructure (Heroku, AWS EC2, AWS CloudFront, Payment Processing, DNSimple Name Servers, DNSimple Secondary DNS, SendGrid SMTP, Elasticsearch) and Covidence App (Search & Study Lists, PDF Annotation, Import Processing, Export Processing).
